July 27, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 27, 1950. At 8:00 p.m.
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
John & Florence Mancuso - to use the barn located at 87 Cary
Ave. as a poultry Eo-u-s-e-fo-r-ItEe purpose of raising and marketing poultkry
products, said premises consisting of 7 acres of land more or less.
Della Allen - to erect a so-called "Gunnison Home" on lot at 34
Lowell S ., ie construction of which does not conform to the require
ments of the Lexington Building By-law.
James T. Fran�lis - to erect a so-called "Gunnison Hoare" on loll
at 33 Lawe1 .tFie construction of which does not conform to the
requirements of the Lexington Building By-law.

Della Allen - denied
James T. Frangolis - denied
Agnes F. Chase - granted
