HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-07-27 3'1 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS July 27, 1950 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 27, 1950. At 8.00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: John & Florence Mancuso - to use the barn located at 87 Cary Ave. as a poultry house for the purpose of raising and marketing poultkry products, said premises consisting of 7 acres of land more or less. Della Allen - to erect a so-called „Gunnison Home,' on lot at 34 Lowell St., the construction of which does not conform to the require- ments of the Lexington Building By-law. James T. Frangolis - to erect a so-called "Gunnison Home" on loll at 33 Lowell St., the construction of which does not conform to the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law. Agnes F. Chase - to add one room to the existing residence at 60 Bertwell Rd. The room would be added at the rear of the existing residence and the corner of the proposed addition would be 14'6" from the northerly lot line. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur-! ing which the following decisions were reached. John & Florence Mancuso - denied Della Allen - denied James T. Frangolis - denied Agnes F. Chase - granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
