HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-06-09 365 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS June 9, 1950 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 9, 1950. At 8:00 p.m hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: George R. Freeman Sr. - to subdivide premises at 108 and 110 Woburn St. to provide a frontage on Woburn St. of 119.4 ft. with an area of approx. 7,600 sq.ft. and a side yard of approx. 9ft. for the existing house 108; and to provide a frontage on Woburn St. of 120 ftp with an area of approx. 3,000 sq.ft., and a side yard of 9 ft. for the existing house 110, in accordance with plan submitted. Nellie H. Viano (Lessee. Socony Vacuum Oil Co.) - to erect an addition to the present Service Station office building at 27 Mass. Ave At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dun', ing which the following decisions were reached George R. Freeman, Sr. - granted Nellie H. Viane (Lessee: Socony Vacuum Oil Co.) - granted sub- ' Sect to the following conditions 1) that the new construction shall conform to the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law, except that the parapet above the present building may be constructed as shown on the plans, 2) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition, 3) that no changes shall be made in the location of exist* ing pumps and flood lighting.
