' June 2, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Tarn Office Building, on Tuesday, June 2, 1950. At 8:00 P.M.
hearings were declared open on the following petitions:
Edwin 0. Wheeler - to erect a single-family dwelling 10 ft. from
the rearms line on of 13 Moon Hill Rd., in accordance with plot p*n.

Richard S. Morehouse - to erect a single-family dwelling on lqt
16A Moon Hill Rd.., the frontage of such lot being approx. 61 ft. in
the cul-de-sac at the end of Moon Hill Rd., the total area of the lot
being 35,1150 sq.ft. Plot plan submitted showed that the dwelling would
be set back approx. 100 ft. from Moon Hill Rd. and 24 ft. from the
southerly side line.
Warren A. Hawkins'- to erect a single-family dwelling and garege
on lot CI -Patricia. errace, and a single-family dwelling and garage on
lot C2 Patricia Terrace, in accordance with the poot plan submitted.,
Auest Schumacher - to level to grade of surrounding land a
portion of his property consisting of 32 acres bested approx. 500 ft.
' to the southwest of Wood St. on the Lexington, Dincoln, Bedford town!
line.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held duk-
ing which the followibg decisions were reached:
Edwin 0. Wheeler - granted
Anna & John Valihura — granted
Richard S. Morehouse - granted
Warren A. Hawkins - granted subject to the condition that the;
two residences would be set back not less than 20 ft. from Patricia
Terrace with side yards of not less than 15 ft., and that when Patribia
Terrace is widened each house shall be set not less than 20 ft. from
the new line of the right of way.
August Schumacher - granted, subject to the following eonditipns:
1) the top soil shall be removed, piled and respread over the entire
area. 2) Petitioner shall post a bond running to the Town of Lexing-
ton for faithful performance in an amount and under conditions satis-
factory to the Town Engineer of Lexington
