BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
May 25, 19$
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office, on Tuesday, May 25, 1950. At 8:00 p.m. hearings
were declared open upon the following petitions:
Clara K. Stanley - to maintain a boarding house for aged persons
at 20 Parker
Nicholas De Bonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on
lots 16 a , a g Rd., said lots having a total frontage of 60
ft. ad a total area of 6,562 sq.ft. Hausa to be Cape Cod style, 5
ropms, 28 ft. x 22 ft. with side yard of 2416" on the northwest and aI
side yard of 716" on the southeast side.
Nicholan DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on
lots 10, Y and a portlon of 8 in Block 3, and a single-family dwelling
on lots 6, 7 and a portion of 8 in Boock 3 Harding Rd., lots 10, 9
and a portion of 8 having a frontage on Williams Rd. of approx. 105
ft., a total frontage on Harding Rd. of approx. 85 ft. and a total
area of 10,613 sq.ft. Lots 6, 7 and the remaining portion of 8 having
a total frontage on Harding Rd. of 60 ft. and a total area of 9,475
sq. ft. in accordance with plot plan submitted, as revised. House
erected on lots 10, 9 and a portion of 8 to be set back 26 ft. from
Harding Rd. and the house erected on lots 6, 7 and a portion of 8 to be
set back 20 ft. from Harding Rd.
Nicholas DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on '
lots 27, 26 an a port on of lot 25 in Block 2 Harding Rd. and to con-
struct a single-family dwelling on lot 25 in Block 2 Harding Rd.
Lots 27, 26 and a portion of lot 25 having a total frontage of 75 ft.
and a total area of 9006 sq.ft., and lots 23, 24 and the remaining
portion of lot 25 having a total frontage of 74 ft. and a total area
of 9044 sq.ft in accordance with plot plan submitted. These houses
would be of so-called Cape Cod type, 32' x 24' with side yards of 10'
on the southeasterly side and 33' on the northwesterly side, setting
back from Harding Rd. 201.
Nicholas DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on
lots 18, 19 and 20 in Elock 2 Harding M. , said lots having a front
age of approx. 105' on Williams Rd., a total frontage on Harding Rd.
of 90' and a total area ofll,214 sq.ft., in accordance with revised
plot plan submitted, showing the house to be U0' x 30'.
Nicholas DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on
lots 20 and 21 in Blo—FE 5 Harding Rd., said lots having a frontage of`
60 ft. and an area of 6,738 sq.ft., the house to be a Cape Cod type
' 28' x 22' with dide yards of 7'.511 on the southeasterly side and 2415"
on the northwesterly side, in accordance with revised plot plan sub-
mitted.

At the close of the hearings an executive session was held I during which the following decisions were reached:
Clara K. Stanley - granted, subject to the following condi-
tions: that not over 7 persons would be accommodated at any one time;
that any recommendations made by the State Building Inspector would be
complied with, and that this permit shall continue only so long as Mrs
Clara K. Stanley owns and operatesthis boarding house for aged persons
at 20 Parker St., and that there will be no structural changes made.
