HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-04-06BOARU OF APPEALS HEARINGS April 6, 1950 A sweeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'i Boom, Town Office Building, Lexington, Massachusetts, on April 6, 1950. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Worthen,Jr., Redman, Lynah and Ballard were present. The clerk was also present. At 8:02 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Kieran J. Lowry for permission to erect a one-story, glass front, cement block store addition between the present lubritorium and gas station at 286 Lincoln Street. D. E. Barker for permission to build a one -car garage within 7 feet of the side lot line at 447 Concord Avenue. Charles S. Purington for permission to erect a single-family dwelling with attached garage on Lots 18 and 19 in Block 5 Harding PRd. said lots having a total frontage of 60 feet and a total area of approximately 6,655 square feet. Charles 0. Rolando for permission to build a single-family duelling with attached garage, on Lots 72, 73, and 74 in Block 10 Henderson Road, said lots having a total frontage of 90.60 feet and a combined area of approximately 10,850 square feet. Hearings were declared closed at 8:40 p.m. In executive session the following decisions were reached: Kieran J. Lowry - Granted D. E. Barker - Granted Charles S. Purinton - Granted Charles 0.
