BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS

January 5, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's '
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on January 5, 1950. Chair-
man Locke, Messrs. Houdlette, Ripley, Lynah and Redman were present.
The clerk was also present.
At 8:15 p.m. the following petitions were heard:
Benjamin Thompson for permission to build a resident's on Lot
18 at Six Moon Hill, Lexington,which would not have the required
frontage.
James B. Catalano for permission to make alterations to dairy
for a flower showroom and erect a greenhouse to be attached to front
and side of present dairy.
Robert R. Williams for permission to erect a single-family
dwelling, which would not have the required setback from the street,
on the existing foundation on Lots 8 and 9 Ward Street.
Hearings were declared closed at 8:52 p.m

In executive session following the following decisions were
reached:
Benjamin Thompson - Granted
James B. Catalano - Granted
Robert R. Williams - Granted
The Chairman, Mr. Locke, called the attention of the Board to 'the
appropriation requested for the expenses ox the Board of Appeals for
the year 1950. The Board considered the appropriation and approved it
for the Board in the sum of $600.00.
