BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
December 15, 1949.
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'sf
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on December 15, 1949. ChairF_
man Locke, Messrs. Ballard, Ripley and Lynah were present. The
clerk was also present.
At 8:03 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Stanley F. Penkala for permission to place real estate signs,;
six feet by six feet, on the property known as Fairlawn, which is efast
erly or northeasterly of Lowell Street, Lexington.
H. A. Wilson for permission to erect a single-family dwelling with
attached garage on Lot A Patriots Drive, said lot having less than khe
required frontage and of which one of the side yards would be less khan
the required width.
Mrs. T. A. Oustance for permission to erect a single -car garalge
closer to lot lines than allowed by the Lexington Zoning By-law, a+J
100 Bedford Street.
At 9:05 p.m. the hearings were declared closed and in executWe
session the following decisionsreached:
Stanley F. Penkala - granted
Mrs. T. A. Custance - granted
Herbert Wilson - denied.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:07 p.m.
