BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS
October 20, 1949
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmenn'a
Room, Town Office Building on October 20, 1949. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Houdlette, Rich, Lynah and Ripley were present. The clerk
was also present.
At 8:04 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Robert E. Dean for permission to erect a dwelling the con-
struction of which would not conform with the requirements of the
Lexington Building By-law, on lots 23, 24, 25 in Block 17 Bertwell
Road, said lots having a total frontage of 92.2 feet and acombined
area of 14,960 square feet, in accordance with plans submitted.
John T. FitzGerald for permission to erect a single-family
dwelling on Lot 4 and part of Lot 5 Eastern Avenue, said lots havi
a total frontage of 75 feet and a combined area of approximately 819
square feet in accordance with plan submitted.
Malcolm B. Graf for permission to erect a single-family dwelli-
' ing and garage on Lot 52 Cedar Street, said lot having a frontage of
95 feet and an area of 40,520 square feet.
B. H. Putnam and Anna Putnam for permission to erect a single-
family dwelling and garage on portions of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 in
Block 9 Preston Road, said lots having a total frontage of approxi-
mately 92 feet and a combined area of approximately 12,600 square felet,
in accordance with plans submitted.
Hearings were declared closed at 9:10 p.m. and the following
decisions reached in executive session:
Robert E. Dean - Granted
John T. FitsGerald - Granted
Malcolm E. Graf - Granted
B. H. and Anna Putnam - Granted
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 P.m.
