HomeMy WebLinkAbout1949-10-14BQARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS October 14, 1949 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'* Room, Town Office Building on October 14, 1949. Acting Chairman Lynah, Messrs. Ripley, Ballard and Houdlette were present. The clerk was also present. At 8:25 p.m hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Clifford G. Hunt for permission to build an addition to the building at 14 Muzzey Street in accordance with plans submitted, fof use by Dr. Ivan G.Pyle for the practice of medicine. Joseph L. Bresnahan for permission to operate a pony ring on89 and 91 Massachusetts Avenue (East Lexington). Mr. Daniel P. O'Connor for permission to build a single-fami dwelling on lot 1 and part of lot 2 located on Cedar and HtU Streer928 in accordance with lot plans submitted which show a Town taking in of 2280 sgazre feet from lot 1 and also show a proposed subdivisioniof lots 1, 2, and 3 into two lots, one lot to have an approximate area of 8792 square feet. Charles H. Sampson for permission to erect a single-family d*elling and attached garage on a portion of lot 80 on Henderson Road, Lot li and parts of lots 2 and 3 on Burlington Street, said lots having a total frontage on Henderson Road of approximately 105 feet and a combinedfarea of approximately 8149 square feet. Hearings were declared closed at 9:14 p.m. and in executive Pes- sion following these decisions reached: Dr. Clifford G. Hunt - Granted Joseph L. Bresnahan - Denied Daniel P.
