HomeMy WebLinkAbout1949-09-01 10 �3 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS September 1,1949 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on September 1, 1949. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Redman, Ripley, Rich and Ballard were present. The Clerk was also present. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following peti- tions: Mary Keefe for permission to subdivide the premises numbered 03, 95, 97 Woburn Street, in accordance with plan submitted, thereby alloting a portion of the land to each of three houses now located on the property. Clifford G. Hunt for permission to convert the single-family house at 14 Muaaey Street to a dental office and living quarters. Mark McIntyre Spaulding for permission to erect single-carr garage which would not have the required side yard and setback at 103 Simonds Road, in accordance with plot plan submitted. The hearings were declared closed at 8:32 p.m. and in executive session following the following decisions reached. Mary Keefe - Granted Dr. Clifford Hunt - Granted Mark McIntyre Spaulding - Granted The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m. Catherine Parello, Clerk
