A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmento
Room, Town Office Building, on August 4, 1949. Chairman Locke, Mesors.
Redman, Rich, Lynah and Ripley were present. The clerk was also prosavt.

At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Russell F. Morash - for permission to erect a single-family
dwelling the construction of which would not conform with the require-
ments of the Lexington Building By-law, at 120 School St., in accord-
ance with pians submitted.
Jenny Mfg. Co. for permission to construct a two -car lubriti rium
at 384 Waltham Street, to be 48 feet long and approximately 28 feet deep,
of first-class construction.
Leeland G. McConchie, for permission to erect a singlefamily_dwell-
ing and attached garage on Lots 1, 2, and 3, said lots having a total
frontage of 78.49 feet on Blake Road and a total frontage of 113.93'
feet on Nowers Road, and a combined area of 9248 sq.ft., and to erect
a single-family dwelling and attached garage on Lots 24, 25, and26
Blake Road, these lots having a total frontage of approx. 119.8 feet on
' Blake Road, and a combined area of 9670 sq.ft., in accordance with plot
plans submitted; and for permission to erect a single-family dwelli#ig
and attached garage on Lots 4, 5, 4nd 6 Nowers Rd., said lots having a
combined frontage of 100 feet on Nowers Rd. and a combined area of
7224 sq.ft., and to erect a single-family dwellif* and attached garage
on Lots 7, 8, and 9 Nowers Rd., these lots having a total frontage of
110.46 feet on Nowers Rd. and a combined area of 7800 sq.ft., in accord-
ance with plot plans submitted.
Hearings were declared closed at 9:50 p.m. and the following';
decisions arrived at in executive session:
Russell F. Morash - granted
Jenny 'Kfg. Co. - granted
Leeland G. McConchie - granted (amended petition in the follow-
ing form: Quote Order)
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
