BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
April 22, 1949
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on April 22, 1949. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Lynah, Ripley, Rich, and Ballard were )resent. The clerk
was also present.
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were o;2ened upon the following petitions:
Anthony Cataldo for permission to continue the use of the
existing building at 703 Massachusetts Avenue for the processing,
warehousing and selling of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Benjamin A. Simeone for permission to erect a portable crust-
ing and hot mix plant to be used temporarily for surplus materials
on land lying between Woburn and Maple Streets and the Lexington
Nurseries and the Munroe Estate, in accordance with plans submitted.
Alden W. Weimar for permission to erect, oh Lots 75, 76, and
77 in Block 10, Henderson Road, a dwelling and garage, the constric-
tion of which would not meet the requirements of the Lexington
Building By-law in accordance with plans submitted.
The hearings were declared closed at 9:20 p.m. In executive
session afterwards the following decisions were reached:
Anthony Cataldo - granted
Benjamin Simeone - denied
Alden Weimar - granted
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
