BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
IllMarch 25, 1949
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectme*'s
Room, Tom Office Building, on March 25, 1919. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Ballard, Lynah, Ripley, and Rich were present. The cleft
was also present.
At 8:07 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Leeland G. McConchie for permission to erect single family,
dwellings and attached garages on Lots C and D, Blake Road, and 4n
Lots E. and F, Mowers Road, in accordance with the plot plans sub-
mitted.
Warren Russell for permission to operate an antique business
in the barn at the rear of the property located at 1505 Massachu4-
setts Avenue.
L. H. Miller for permission to erect a stand, 10 feet x 12
feet, with circular driveway leading to and from the stand, for the
purpose of selling poultry, eggs and vegetables grown and raise&
on the petitioner's own land at 973 Concord Turnpike, Lexington.
William J. Mowll and W. Lloyd Lebouef for permission to sub-
divide a parcel of land located 19 and 19A Oakland Street, which!
subdivision would locate the new lot line so that it would run
through an existing two-car garage on the premises.
The hearings were declared closed at 9 10 p.m. and in
executive session following these decisions were reached:
William L. Mowll and W. Lloyd LeBoeuf - granted
L. H. Miller - granted
Warren Russell - granted
Leeland G. McConchie - denied
The meeting was adjourned at 11.00 p.m.
