BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
III August 12, 1948
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on August 12, 1948. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Rich, Ballard, Redman and Houdlette were present. The
clerk was also present.
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following
petitions
William C. Grinnell for permission to erect at 35 Harding
Road a garage the construction of which would not meet the require-
ments of the Lexington Building By-law.
Joseph A. Costa for permission to erect, in accordance with
plans submitted, at 115 Reed Street a dwelling the construction of
which would not comply with the Lexington Building By-law
Harold Kelley for permission to erect, in accordance with
plans submitted, on Lot 167 Calvin Street, a dwelling the construc-
tion of which would not comply with the Lexington Building By-laws
Franklin H. Childs for permission to erect, in accordance
III with plans submitted, on Lot 166 Calvin Street a dwelling the con-i
st. uction of which would not comply with the Lexington Building
By-law.
Domenic Sicari DeAmicis for permission to make, to the
existing barn located at 218 Bedford Street, certain alterations
which would make it possible for the petitioner to carry on his
work as consultant in electronics.
At 9.45 p.m. the hearings were declared closed and in
executive session the following decisions were reached:
William C. Grinnel - granted
Joseph A. Costa - granted
Harold Kelley - granted
Franklin H. Childs - granted
Domenic Sicari DeAmicis - granted
The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
