I January 9, 1948
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on January 9, 1948. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Redman, Ballard, Brown, and Rich were present. The clerk
was also present.
At 8:05 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the follow-
ing petitions heard:
Anna L. Sword for permission to erect a building on Lot 1,
Maple Street, Lexington, as laid out on plans submitted.
A. I. Phillipart, Jr., for permission to subdivide Lot 23 on
Kimball Road, and incorporate into Lots 22 and 24 in accordance with
the plan submitted, which showed the addition of approximately 39 feet
of frontage to each of the two lots.
Donald Lunday for permission to erect a prefabricated dwell-
ing known as the *Wolsey House," on Lot 10 Middleby Road, in accord-
ance with the plans and specifications submitted.
' The hearings were declared closed at 9:42 p.m. and the follow-
ing decisions reached in executive session:
Anna L. Sword - denied
A. I. Phillipart, Jr. - granted
Donald Lunday - granted
The meeting was adjourned at 10:55 p.m.
