BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING
November 21, 1947
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building on November 21, 1947. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Ballard, Redman, Brown and Houdlette were present. The clezlk
was also present.
At 8:12 p.m. hearings were declared open and the following
were heard:
Petition of Carmelo Galvagno for permission to subdivide
the premises numbered 64, 66, and 68 Woburn Street, Lexington, as
shown on plan submitted.
A. H. Burnham for permission to build a greenhouse on the
premises located at 34 East Street, Lexington.
Justin Shea for permission to build a greenhouse on the
premises located at 48$ Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington.
Albert J. Wollrath, Jr. for permission to erect an addition 1`o
the existing greenhouses on the premises located at 60 Reed Street.
At an executive session held following the meeting the follow-
ing decisions were reached:
Carmelo Galvagno - granted
A. H. Burnham - granted
Justin Shea - granted
Albert J. Wollrath, Jr - granted
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
