HomeMy WebLinkAbout1947-10-09 17 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS October 9, 1947 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen' Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on October 9, 1947. Acting Chairman Rich, Messrs. Ballard, Duffy, Houdlette and Brown were present. The clerk was also present. At 8:07 p.m. the hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Russell S. and Beulah P. Davenport for permission to erect and maintain a greenhouse on the premises located at 482 Bedford Street. Lester and Ruth LaFleur for permission to complete, on the premises located at 32 Middle Street, the erection of a building which would not have the required side yard. After the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were made: Russell S. and Beaulah P. Davenport - granted Lester and Ruth LaFleur - granted The meeting was adjourned at 10:02 p.m. Catherine Parello, Clerk
