HOARD OF APPEALS HEARING
September 25, 1947
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's'
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on September 25, 1947. Messrs.
Rich, Brown, Houdlette, Ripley and Ballard were present. The clerk
was also present. In the absence of Mr. Locke, upon motion of Mr.
Brown, seconded by Mr. Ripley, it was unanimously voted that Mr. Ricci
act as Chairman of the meeting.
At 8:05 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the following
petitions heard:
Ann P. Silverman (Pine Hill Turkey Farms) for permission to
erect and maintain on the premises located at 2938 Massachusetts Avenue
a building consisting of a refrigerator room, storage shed and poultry
slaughter house.
Albert J. Wollrath, Jr. for permission to build a conservatorâ–º
attached to the present florist shop located at 60 Reed Street, Lexing-
ton, and also living quarters consisting of a 3-1/2 room apartment
above the florist shop.
At an executive session held following the hearings, the follow-
ing decisions were reached:
Ann P. Silverman - granted
Albert J. Wollrath, Jr. - granted
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
