September 4, 1947
A meeting of the, Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'$
Room, Town Office Building on September 4, 1947. Chairman Locke,
Messrs. Redman, Houdlette, Brown and Ballard were present. The cle*k
was also present.
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared apesâ–ş at 8:00 p.m. and thA
following petitions heard:
J. A. Bean for permission to alter and enlarge the existing
barn at the rear of 26 Parker Street, Lexington
Mark L. Flood for permission to erect a neon -illuminated sigh
at 400 Lowell Street, Lexington.
William H. Schuler, Jr. for permission to subdivide a lot
located at 9 SuWkaoll Avenue to allow conversion of present barn Into
a dwelling which would not have the required frontage.
Following the hearings an executive session was held and the;
following decisions made:
J.A.Bean - granted
Mark L. Flood - granted
William H. Schuler, Jr. - denied
