BOARD OF APPEALS IyIEETING
December 13, 1940
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the
Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building at 8:00 P. M.
Chairman Glynn and Ilessrs. Kimball, I;Iaddison, Locke and
Bobbins were present. The Secretary was also present.
The records of the meeting held on Novenber 15th
were declared approved.
At 8:00 P. M. hearing was declared open on the
application of Biagio Cacciola for permission to erect
a greenhouse on his property at 708 Marrett Road, Lex-
ington. No persons appeared in favor or in opposition,
so the meeting was adjourned to January 6, 1941.
The Secretary was instructed to request Mr. Cacciola
to appear at 8:30 P. M. on January 6, 1911.
