HomeMy WebLinkAbout1932-09-20BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING. SEPTEMBER 20,1932. A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held at the Town Office Building on Tuesday, September 209 1932 at 8 P. M. Messrs. Maddison, Glynn, Slocum, Custance and Baldrey were present. The adjourned hearing on petition of Anna L. Sword for a roadside stand on Marrett Road on property known as the Martin property was opened and Mr. Sword stated they desired to construct a roadside stand on the south- westerly side of Marrett Road about 1000 feet toward Concord from the Martin Farm house on the opposite side of the road, with 150 ft. frontage, setting the stand back about 40 feet with ample parking space in front. No one appeared in opposition, and the hearing was closed. The Board then took the subject up after discussing the matter, pending presentation of a plan showing the design of the proposed stand, it was voted to lay the matter on the table. The records of the meetings of June 28, 1932, July 1, 1932, and August 16, 1932 were read and approved. The meeting was then adjourned. A true =�crd, Attest; X.4_p��Q ' Clerk. 1 C
