BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING - SEPT. 17, 1929.

Messrs . A. N Maddison, Chairman, Roland w Raldrey,
Clerk, C. Edward Glynn and T. A Custancewere present.
Helen C. Whittemore was also present.
The Board discussed the application of Mrs . Minnie
R, tevenson which stated that she had. obtained an
additional amount of land making the lot an area of
7000/ , and asking for another hearing.
The Board decided that if the Building Inspector
had refused this permit they would grant a hearing
to be held October 4 , 1929 at 8 P.M. , and decided
to notify the abuttors of the hearing.
In regard to the letter received from Mrs. Mary W.
Howland of Lowell Street, relative to obtaining per-
mission to install a gasoline tank in connection
with her store on Lovell Street the Board decided
to notify her that they cannot Street,
any action on
her application, inasmuch ar they have no authority
under the Zoning Law to consider appeals from the
decision of the Roard of Selectmen.
