A meeting of the Board Appeals as held t

Messrs. A. N. Maddison, Chairman, Roland W. Baldrey,
Clerk, C. Edward Glynn and T. A. Custancewere present.
Helen C. thittemore was also present.
The Board discussed the application of Mrs. Minnie
R Stevenson which stated that she had obtained an
additional amount of land makingthe lot an area of
7000', and asking for another haring.
The Board decided that if the Building Inspector
had refused this permit they would grant a hearing
to be held October 4, 1929 at 8 P.M., and decided
to notify the abuttors of the hearing.
In regard to the letter received from Mrs. Mary W.
Rowland of Lowell Street, relative to obtaining per-
mission to install a gasoline tank in connection
with her store on Lowell Street the Board decided
to notify her that they cannot ta'-•e any action on
her application, inasmuch as they have no authority
under the Zoning Law to consider appeals from the
decision of the Roard of Selectmen.
