MIBUTES of the meeting of 14 March 1975 were aocepted as prevented.
WARAINT,0 Mesdames Tutun and Clarke presented proof of the printed
warrantprepared by Maran Printing. This ws APPROVED
with a few minor changes and correotionso but no additions or deletions.
It will be published In the Lexington Minute..Man on 17 April , and 59000
copies will be available from Megan on that day. Mrs. Clarke will
deliver theo to 11r. John for distribution to Guides.
MEOIANIRS. Mr, Cronin reported that Mr. Mazerall had agreed to move
a stand and to write a letter confirming this to Rev.
Handley, Mr. Mazorall will be asked to transfer chairs as wolla to
the number of the capacity of the stand. Ray Barnes has agreed to
supply the public address system. There is a lectern in the basement
of the Visitors Center. It vas AGREED to dispense with arranging for
a canopy in case of inclement weather.
It was AGREED that the following would be seated on the stand:
Moderatcra Selectmena Rededication Subsommittee memberso and key
dignitaries from among those who have received special invitations to
the ceremonythese to be selected after their numbera„ and the number
of available chairsa known.
It wa AGREED that Guides should meet M John at the Visitors
Center at 11 :30 and -oxocc.;ed to the Common to hand out Warrants
It vas AGREED that participantsa with spear should be at the
stand at 11 :30.
PRAM. Moderator makes a short introductory speech.
Moderator introduces Pr. Casey for Invocation,
Moderator Introduces Mr. Cronin who presents the gavel.
Moderator: "The meeting is now open on Article I. The
Chair recognizes Mr. Zoerbelde. "
Mr. Zoerbeide reads his piece.
And
o on,
Under "Minute-Meno" The Fife and Drum Corps will play two
seleotionso just before and just after the recitation
of the 1773 Pledge.
Each
participant read aloud his historical piece and received
comments Aim the group. All were APPROVED in substance.
Mr., Handley will consult Mr. Michelson about his presentation in
connection with dedication of the permanent memorial.
WEg .MEETING Those who would like to rehearse the ceremony will meet
on Thursdan 17 April , at 4:00 p.m. in Cary Memerial
Hall. Mr3. Battin will arrange for chairs and
micropone.
