Very few comments and questions were raised. He felt that it was well received. • Joe reported about the status of Y2K informational meeting at the Senior Center on October 19, 1999 He has invited Steve Corr, Peter Torode, and Bill Hadley as the presenters Clark Cowen agreed to be the moderator Karen Simmons has offered to introduce the Team and the process we are going through and be the Y2k resource person in the meeting • The Team has decided that we should include representatives from utility company, telephone company and perhaps a bank at the general public information night. The meeting was tentatively set on November 15 or 16 at Clark School Auditorium. Joe would make telephone calls to arrange this event. • The Team reviewed and revised the second draft of the information brochure Joe prepared. The brochure would go out to every household in Lexington and also be used as September press release Joe continued to welcome any further suggestions and ideas to enhance the content as well as the appearance.
