She read the authorization for remote meetings. A quorum was present. Vote to call meeting to order: Marsha Baker, Aye; Margaret Coppe, Aye; Bebe Fallick, Aye; Ting Fang, Aye; Elsie Xu, Aye. Goals Marsha Baker and Margaret Coppe volunteered to meet with Pam Fowler to work on goal to establish a set of processes that enable better communication that improve the visitor experience was acknowledged. More work and discussion needed. Lexington 250th Bebe Fallick reported that all events were successful and there were no disturbances. Updates and Miscellaneous Center Committee: Kat MacDonald is new liaison from the Center Committee Lexington History Museums: • Paul Revere Midnight Ride well attended • 2-3 times attendance for weekend • Naturalization ceremony (49 new citizens) successful; considering doing again 2 • Children's scavenger hunt had 250 participants • Both children's reenactment sold out • Two members, Susan Rockwell (White Tricorn) and Fred Johnson (Silver Cane), honored by Town. • Large number of school group tours.
