HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-04-26-HC-min.pdf LEXINGTON HISTORICAL COMMISSION MINUTES April 26 , 1994 Present Gilman,Kelland,Nicholson Gilman read Brucia Witthoft ' s letter of March 26 resigning from the Commission Some discussion of possible replacements was given but the concensus was that no action would be taken pending the possibility that tditthoft would reconsider and remain on the commission Gilman reported he had signed a demolition permit for a garage at 38 Reed St in very poor condition Gilman reported that Charles Bourque hatrequested information regarding the Commission ' s willingness to allow demolition of house at 16 lker St . which he is in the process of buying Gilman had viewed the exterior and Nicholson was familiar with the area After considerable discuss ion it was decided that we would ask to see the interior and would want to discuss the question of a hearing at a formal meeting (the house is not on the inventory) . Gilman indicated he would so advise Bourque No date for the next meeting was set , pending developments on 16 Parker St Meeting adjourned 8 45PM
