The Chairman of LBG, Udine Gole, then mentioned that the Le:a.

Post Office ceremony, Ho also reported that Bob KenG had asked to

The minutes of the last meeting wove eerrected to ithow tbaG it was

Arts and Culture - Miriam reported that the Historic Park Bicen-
teanial lecture was well attended and the fireside cats are going
very woll. There will be a special Fireside Chat at the First Parish
on March 1 with a talk by Frank Carptunter on Tea and a dtsplay of
tea services with ancient documents. Anita Worthenfs Tea Party essay
has been printed add will be availableet that time. Miriam also
reported enormus acu et the schools - the school children are
having craft demonstrations and the' teachers have forums on Lexington
history„ done in conjunction with the Historical Society.
Masterworfre Chorale - Bob reporLed that the Masterworks Chorale has
asked that They be allowed to change the date of the first Concert
from Anril 13 to April 17. Tbey are also finding it difficult to
meet their financial budget and wish to charge $3.00 for that concert.
They say they could not get the musicians they need for the first date.
The date change aad the charge for the first concert has been granted.
Permanent Memorial - Bc of Se? gave approval for 'tie plan by the
Tir765gra7S7-7ETHiglic Dist. Com,a. will have an official hearing
in three weeks.
Commercial - Medals aro selking and posters will be available soon.
Communications - Bob said they are reasonably assured of walkie-
talkles at some cos.-, to the Town. Direct lines are osing explored.
Raytheon is cont,olbuting the walkie-talios, which, is a very generous
contribution.
Facilities and Planning - Bob said that the referral system is on
