Guest: Dawn Brenchick Guest: Dan Muraphy - Chief Marshall Correspondence: T. C. C. received letter from Mrs. Douglas T. Ross-Leader Lex. G.S. Drum Corp in regard to fire crackers thrown in parade. This will be discussed at T.C.C. meeting with police next month. Business Mr. Brenchick suggested if agreeable with Town $100.00 gift to T.0 C. by Cambridgeport Savings Bank be set up as petty cash fund The luncheon & reception was discussed. Estimated attendance: 60 for luncheon, 80 for reception. Motion: Made & seconded Luncheon & Reception be held as before. So moved. Parade Dan Murphy selected for Chief of Staff Mr. Joseph C. Steinkraus Com. U.S.N.R. Motion Made & seconded. So moved. T.C.C. selected as theme "Salute to America's Youth" Mr. Hagerty will put in paper to all commercial & youth groups. Mr. Brenchick suggested following publicity- 2/8 Patriots Day Parade Theme 2/22 Story on Chief Marshall with pictures etc. The parade is planned with 4 divisions as before. Mr. Flynn - Mrs. Coates have contacted 19 units to date for parade. They have firm acceptances from 3. 1. Hull 2. Beverly 3.
