Dan Sobota - Lex Minute Men Dawn BrenchicY Mrs. Hill - Girl Scouts Business: Discussion with Mrs. Ross-Capt.Lima Suggestion by Capt. Lima-put aides with groups harassed in parade with fire crackers-also Police will notify store in E. Lex. selling fire crackers. Town Manager's Office - notify Vendors - fire crackers are illegal. Capt. Lima No parking on Parade route - Handicapped parking at Post Office & across from Post Office. To be issues by Police Dept - week of Apr. 9th. Capt. Lima stressed necessity of keeping bicycles off Parade Route, also stressed necessity of keeping parade closed in so people cannot surge into Route. Buses - Necessity of having aides available to help buses - Buses to come in Pleasant Street leave via Follen Rd. Mass. Ave. to be closed at 1 P.M. To be divided from Oak St. to Pleasant St. Cruiser for Mrs. Battin to meet Paul Revere 12 :45. 1 p.m. to escort bus to Parade Staging area and reviewing stand. Parade plans: Re-enactment at 6 a.m. Need crowd control for re-enactment Pickets by Minute-men as before Imperative British leave Woburn Street at 5:45 to be at Common at 6 a.m. Re-enactment rehearsal 4/8/79 Morning Parade at 7:30 Road Race at 10:00 a.m. Parade at 2 p.m. - 2 - Town Celebrations Committee 3/1/79 (cont'd) Other business: Discussed suggestion to cut off.Pleasant Street Re: Wilsons at 1:30.
