Gaughan, Mr. Edward Turner,Mr. Ray Flynn, Mr. William Brenshick, Ms. Eleonor Litchfield, Mr. Paul Jenkins, Ms. Frances Mallett Vistors : Mr. Bruce Dayton, Pilgrim Congregation Church, to explain Service for Sunday April 16th - call for Service at 10:00 AM. Escorted from Hancock-Clarke House at 10:00. Service at 10: 30. Committee suggested Service should be included in "Program of the Day" circular, and publicized as opening of Patriots Day Weekend. N`inute Men: Mr. Grossiman (Capt. of M.M. ) Capt. George Gabriel and Bryon Sullivan Adjutant. The British 10th Brigade discussed changing time of re-enactment. T.C.C. strongly supported in their request that re-enactment should be at 6: 00 AM as originally planned. T.C.C. feels the schedule should be rigidly adhered too with no exceptions. Parade: Present Chief Marshall Norman Coates Invitations to Drum & Bugle Corps. 22 positive replies. Miss Doherty "Earth Club" Lexington Conservation Society. Youth in early parade. Adult Group in afternoon parade. Pepsi-Cola float for Parade. It was moved, seconed, and voted to accept Pepsi-Cola float thru Mr. Martin Gilmore- President of Historical Society, with the stipulation,there would be no dispensing of merchandise> and minimum advertising. Timing of 19th Events Re-enactment on Common 6:00AM Morning Parade - assembles at 7:00AM - Parade at 7:30AM. Assembly on Common at 8: 30AM. Assembly of M.M. at Buchman Tavern at 9:00AM M.M. & D.A. Row Row Battle Green 10:00-11:45AM. Judging 12:00 noon Paul Revere - unit to assenble at E. Lexington 1:00PM Afternoon Parade 2:00PM page z or i 1 i Luncheon & Coh.14tion: Mr. Bill Fitzgerald Luncheon at K of C Hall at 12:00 noon. Catered by Mrs. Gill. CoklAtion immediately following parade at K of C Hall. It was moved, second and voted we accept K of C Hall for luncheon and coalition and have Mrs. Gill cater both affairs.
