MINUTES: of the meeting of April 3: 1976: were accepted; the correct spelling of
the name of the JOge from the Eurlinon Mall to will assist with the float contest
is Mrs. Miksen.
CORRESPONDENCE:: Mrs. Litshfield reported hearing from various organisations regarding
plans for the day: as well ns fro M station MEI. S also reported that Senator Kennedy

LUNCHEON GUESTS: A review of acce?tances in hand: to date: led the TCC to agree that

SISTER CITY; LBC Chairman Cone reported that ba bed been in touch with individuals
from cur Sicter City of Dolores Hidalgo, Mellico and that two persons tiara planning

in all plans for the festivities. Mr. ane Mrs. Harry Mimno are planning to host t:te
guests. All will be invited to the luncheon and seated on the revieuing stand.
