pATRIOT'S DAY; It sus noted that known bills either peid or enpected now brought the
total euponso of tha day to approzimate/y $7700.03; it is expected that there could be
another 10g.200 dollars in miscellaneous out of pocket expenses which may be reported
by either TCC members not preaont or membors of the parade staff. Urs. Litchfield
said that he still had elechs for the airmen who assisted with the public address
system, since she had not yet boon able to get their naro. Chmn. Barnes will
contact L Col lUcede regarding those names when he spoa%s with him about Ilemorial
Day.
FOURTH OF JULY: The planned meeting of the TCC and LEC Chairmen with th Town
Nanager Las not yet tdken place.
The planned time schedule UCLI again reviewed and those notes reflect
egroamcnt on a 3 pm starting time 014C° the TCC betio7od tal2t this we the scheduled
start of the National Bel/ Ringing. However, in the absence of either the minutes
of the meeting of April 2c or of Rev. Handley, no challenge to this starting time
vas raieed. flrs. Mitchell will check with Rev. Handley and report at the nest meeting.

officers regarding their participation. Ie will know by mIct weoh; however, the responai.
bilities for reading or recitation of both tho Gettysburg Address and General Logan's
Ordara of the Day will he covered by youth reprosentntivco.
The Ilamorial Day roster and program nuat by finalfted at the neat TCC meeting,
scheduled for flay 13, in order to allow time for repro&ction of those pages end
mailing to all concerned. Mrs. Litchfield will contact the clergy, flr. Fitzgerald
will make transportation arrangerents for the ceremonies at Usstvieu, as well as
contact Chief Marsha/1 of the Lexington Fire Department regarding parade staff.
Other TCC members with traational responsibilities should have all arrangements made
