HMI, Butts, Mrs. Moet' Guests; Paul Jenkins, Joel Schulman(brialy) JOINT TCC.LBC MEETING; Th urrose of this meeting vas set as a planning session for t IC76 Fourth of July festivities; however, since mere of the LBC members had comments to make regarding 2atriot's Day jet pest, tai first p,.ut of the meeting vas devoted to a review of various aspects of Batriot's Day. The 'ICC and LEC have no intention a ping either time or apace to the detriment of the normal annual activities. Tae committees agreed that our celebration should Le on July 4 19760 Sunday. Mr. Handley noted this plan for a national ringing of Lens not Got for 2pm on Sunday, the 4th. It uas aced that this observance should inauvrate LeEingtca's celebration and a Z1M3 span of 13 minutes (one minute as representative of each of the X3 original colonies) would be appropriate. The committees also felt that most of the activities should coutoellsed in a single location and that the Center 2/ayground2 Hayden area, tani comrt area, etc. woad be designated.
