Parade and to carry banner - "If we are to have Peace - Let it begin here " Jim Lima reviewed Patriot' s Day plans with Town Celebrations Committee Sunday re-enactment including Field Piece on Grey Nuns. Lawn Monday Re-enactment at 6 00 'A M A M Parade steps off from Muzzey Junior High at 7 30 - on the common by 8 00 A.M D P W will horse off Munroe Cemetery, Muzzey Junior High for A M Parade At 10:00 A M DAR Ceremonies on Green 10 00 A M Road Race - starting at Monument 1 00 P M Paul Revere and William Dawes will arrive and be greeted by Selectmen and Minute-Men Shriners will start arriving at Elks Hall at 9 00 - 9 30 At 12 45 6 buses will move out of Elks Hall to staging area in East Lexington Town Celebrations Committee will need a Police escort from Elks to East Lexington We will also need a Police escort for buses from Worthen Road back to Elks Hall after the parade Bill Fitzgerald has contacted Roly Greeley to invite all white hat recipients to march in A M Parade Jim Lima suggested island at Mass Ave and Worthen Road be extended to aid in traffic tie-up at Lincoln Street All participants buses will be parked in Lexington High School parking lot He also stressed the importance of moving all buses out of East Lexington Staging Area as quickly as possible Chief Corr will have a 10-man Honor Guard from Lexington Police Department They will drop out of the parade at the reviewing stand and line up in front of the stand Publicity Chief of Staff 3/25 Handicapped Parking 4/8 Fireworks/bicycles 4/15 Morning and afternoon roster 4/15 Shriners publicity with pictures 4/1 Tentative afternoon Parade Roster available 4/1 Guests for week of 3/18 Chief Marshall Corr, Chief of Staff Cullen; Lexington H S Senior Class The meeting was adjourned at 10 30 Respectfully submitted Frances P.
