Bus at Administration Building at 8:45 to Westview
Plans - Invocation, Memorial Wreath laid by Boy Scout and Girl Scout.
1 Round Volley by Minute-Men; Taps and Echo by H. S. Buglers
9 30 assemble at Administration Building
Parade proceeds at 10 00 A M. to Munroe Cemetery - Memorial baskets
and wreath laid by Boy Scout and Girl Scout
Reading of Lincoln Gettysburg Address and General Logan' s Orders of
the Day by members of L H.S Senior class
1 Round Volley by Minute Men and Taps and Echo by L H.S Buglers
At 10:30 Parade stops at Cary Hall - Invocation, Placing of Memorial
Wreath by Boy Scout and Girl Scout - One round volley by Minute Men
and taps and echo by L H.S Buglers
At 11 00 A M Parade arrives at Colonial Cemetery - Invocation -
Placing of Memorial Wreath by Boy Scout and Girl Scout, 1 Round Volley
by Minute Men and Taps and Echo by L H S Buglers
At 11 20 Parade will re-assemble in St Brigid' s Parking Lot and proceeds
to Lexington Battle Green. To be welcomed by "Chairman of the Day"
T.C.0 member Bob Jackson, followed by Invocation, reading of
Governor Proclamation by Chairman Busa, Board of Selectmen and the
address of the day by Lt Col. John E Wrobel, Jr , U S.A.F Hanscom Air
Force Base A hymn will be played by L H S Band Band will play
Call to Colors to accompany Veterans and Scouts in flag raising
Benediction byClergy and Star Spangled Banner by L H S. Band
Parade will continue to Cary Hall for review by Chief of Staff and
aides and Board of Selectmen and dismissal
Motion made, seconded and so moved to donate $450 00 to Lexington High
School Band
Discussed bills and voted to pay for participants in Patriots Day Parade
as rendered
Meeting adjourned at 9 45
