Present Chairman Fitzgerald, Vice Chairman Flynn, Bob Jackson, Paul Jenkins, Karen
Gaughan, Marion Snow, Dawn Dziokonski , Jean Coates, Fran Mallett
PARADE Move Bill Whiting from Division #2 Marshall to Division #4 with aides in #4
as assigned The Fire Department will supply 15 men to march with Bill
Whiting.
Joe Steinkrauss will be Division Marshall for Division #2 with Dick Stockinger
as new aide.
The Masonic Lodges will have 200/300 men marching They will go in Division
#3
Elks will build float and staff with own men This float will be in
Division #2 with Shriners
Elks will sponsor Boston Motorcycle Drill Team provided this is OK' d by
Police Commissioner
Lexington Historical Society have 3 antique fire engines they wish to put into
P M parade
A M Parade Lexington 4H Pony Club desires to meet with T C C. regarding horsesin the
parade T C.0 requests to know the following information owners of
horse, rider of horse and who has responsibility of horses If they are
willing to have insurance in case of problems, we will ask them to come into
meeting on March 17
P M Parade We will have a Color Guard and small marching unit from Vietnam Veterans
Dawn reported we would have 541st Air Force Band from Pease Air Force Base
East Lexington Library will have a float
Banner Bearers - nothing firm as yet - Karen, Dawn and Paul will follow
through
Tentative Program
March 10 - Lexington Police, 8 30 Lexington High School officers regarding
Early Morning Parade
March 17 - 8 00 P M 4H Pony Club, 8 30 Neil Cronin representing
Chamber of Commerce
March 24 - Division Marshalls - Radio
Uednesday March 30 - Division Marshalls - Aides
Next meeting ,Paul Jenkins will bring in banners that are questionable so that committee
can decide if they need to be replaced
