Guests Chief Marshall - Charles Cullen Chief of Staff - Leo Gaughan Division Marshall - 4th Division Bill Whiting 3rd Division Paul Cunha Aides Norbert Unger Amateur Radio - George Brown - 862-0360 Mr Brown will supply 8 radio stations Youth Awards - Forrest Lindwall Nomination deadline by 4/4 Vote will be on 4/7 - Will notify T C.0 on 4/7 Probably will have three nominees Youth Awards will supply convertible for youth Steve Politi will make Presentation of awarding of medalsonly in A M Spirit of 76 Doug Maxner will oversee Spirit Drummer will be Charlie •Chiklin Doug will get other musicians Shriners• Bill Fitzgerald met with Shriners - They voted 100% to come to Lexington Shriners would like to bring horse patrol with their group Bill Fitzgerald will discuss with Town Manager and Town Counsel Boston Motor Cycle Patrol still doubtful because they will not get their assignments until 4/1l from Police Commissioner Business Leo Gaughan suggested buses be parked in Hayden upper parking lot to expedite movement at end of parade Shriners will leave Elks Hall between 12 30 - 12;,45 to go to staging area Car drivers go on first bus Wednesday 3/30 - Dawn Dziokonski , Ray Flynn, Kathy Gaughan, Charlie Cullen, Leo Gaughan, Division Marshalls and aides will meet in Selectmen 's room at Town Hall -- Balance of committee will meet in Visitor's Center. - 2 - Assignments Dick Michelson will feed in floats in East Lexington Paul and Fran will collect arm bands after P.M. Parade Assignments A M Parade Bob, - Jean, Karen, Muzzey Jr High School Dawn, Ray - color detail for ceremonies Paul - banners, signs etc. Rest of committee - East Lexington staging area Chamber of Commerce Meeting C.O.C. met with MacDonalds - Their van is 26' long - 7/' wide & 10' high MacDonalds have agreed to cover van with bunting, will put two Minute Man Tech signs on van Students in working uniforms will march with the van .
