Present Chrm Fitzgerald, Vice Chrm Flynn, Marion Snow, Paul Jenkins,
Jean Coates, Karen Gaughan, Fran Mallett
Bob Jackson, Dawn Dziokonski met with Chief Marshall Cullen, Chief
of Staff Gaughan, Kathy Marshall , Divisional Marshalls, Scout aides,
at Selectmen' s rooms at Town Hall
Guests Michael Coppi , Adj Lexington Minute Men, met with committee to discuss
having the British 10th Regiment of the Foot give a 30 min demonstration
on the Green showing the different formats they used during the years
Business Bill reported three of Boston radio stations will report in A M on
parade and ceremonies
British Councel or representative will be here for Patriots Day
Discussed two women' s groups who wish to participate in parade
American Assoc of University of Women - 12/20 members --
Lexington interfaith Life 83 effort - 14 marchers
Committee discussed type of banners and placards that would he accepted.
Paul Jenkins discussed signs that would be needed

A M Parade Committee decided to change order of ceremonies on the Green
After the pledge of allegiance by audience led by Vice President of Senior
Class will be -
The Governors Proclamation - read by member of Board of Selectmen
Greetings from the State - by Steve Doran
Greetings from the Board of Selectmen
The balance will continue as before
P.M Parade Chief Marshall Cullen, Chief of Staff Gaughan, Bob Jackson and Dawn Dziokonski
from their meeting with group at Selectmen' s office -
The Alliance Group should be at front of Parade
2nd Division and 4th Division should be formed on Mass. Avenue
1st Division on left side of Adams School
3rd Division on right side of Adams School
Suggestion - Parade only stop would be at Muzzey Junior High unless a delay
at staging area
Charlie will tell "Spirit of 76" when to start He is responsible for
holding parade until everything is ready
Have Lexington High School Band play a short piece to indicate start of parade
Request Police to make Worthen Road one way
