HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-03-30-TCC-min.pdf Town Celebrations Committee 3/30/83 Present Chrm Fitzgerald, Vice Chrm Flynn, Marion Snow, Paul Jenkins, Jean Coates, Karen Gaughan, Fran Mallett Bob Jackson, Dawn Dziokonski met with Chief Marshall Cullen, Chief of Staff Gaughan, Kathy Marshall , Divisional Marshalls, Scout aides, at Selectmen' s rooms at Town Hall Guests Michael Coppi , Adj Lexington Minute Men, met with committee to discuss having the British 10th Regiment of the Foot give a 30 min demonstration on the Green showing the different formats they used during the years Business Bill reported three of Boston radio stations will report in A M on parade and ceremonies British Councel or representative will be here for Patriots Day Discussed two women' s groups who wish to participate in parade American Assoc of University of Women - 12/20 members -- Lexington interfaith Life 83 effort - 14 marchers Committee discussed type of banners and placards that would he accepted.
