Business Brig General John Vann of the Mass Council of Minute Men and Militia
reported they are planning a repeat of the British retreat in 1984 -
official
Parade 4H Pony Club - Each horse must have a walking handler and a rider Town
Celebrations Committee needs particulars - name of owner of horse, rider
of horse and provide a clean up operation Must provide, if necessary,
insurance blanket coverage
Horses would continue up Mass Ave to Worthen Rd and disperse

Chrm Fitzgerald was told by Lexington Minute Men Adj. Michael Coppi , the
10th Regiment of the foot British have accepted invitation to join A M
Parade at Muzzey St and proceed to Green After the parade at 10 1'5 on
the Green they will present an exhibition of marching and formations
used over the ,years
A M shuttle buses have been arranged. for Minute Men
Two buses will be at Kennedy at 7 00 A M
Bill Fitzgerald reported that Mae Wall , U S Army Nurse-World War I, will
be honored quest for P M Mrs Wall is 94 yrs old and worked throughout
World War with the American Expeditionary forces for the duration of
World War I She will be accompanied by her two daughters who are nurses ,
and two granddaughters who are nurses aides
Youth Awards Committee Report
The awards are judged on three different catagories -
#1 Accomplishements - scholarship, etc
2 Character - leadership, etc
3 What have they done for school and Town
Youth Commission choices
Adrienne Pena
Amy Dockser
Robin Alper
The Youth Award Committee will provide cars for recipients
Cable T V will firm Re-enactment, A M Parade, and Road Race

Campfire girls will release red, white and blue balloons at close
of ceremonies on the Green Chrm Fitzgerald will make announcement
Reviewed roster for the P M Parade - See attached paper
