HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-05-05-TCC-min.pdf TOWN CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE May 5, 1933 Present Chairman Fitzgerald, Vice-Chairman Flynn, Karen Gaughan, Bob Jackson, Jean Coates, Marion Snow, Fran Mallett Business Memorial Day Parade Ray Flynn, Bob Jackson and Paul Jenkins will handle Memorial Day Parade - Paul Jenkins will contact Youth Service Groups, Bay Path Colonial Girl Scouts - Boy Scouts - also Minute Man Council Reviewed Roster for Memorial Day 1983 - Paul Jenkins to contact Police Ray Flynn will contact High School Band Marion Snow will arrange for clergy Bob Jackson will contact Hanscom for a speaker The Committee decided we would use the same format as last year 9 00 A M at Westview 10 00 A M at Munroe Cemetery 10 30 A M at Cary Hall 11 00 A M on the Green for Exercises as planned 11 30 A M at Colonial Cemetery Parade will then return to Cary Hall for review and dismissal Program Committee will arrange meeting with Lexington Minute Men on May 12 The meeting was adjourned at 9 30 P M Respectfully submitted, Frances P Mallett Recording Secretary
