Business. Reviewed procedures for Memorial Day Parade with John Waters, Lexington
Minute Men.
Procedure for Parade -
Westview Cemetery - as before
Munroe
Cary Hall
Colonial - at Colonial Minute Men will go in old road,
balance of parade will enter through St. Brigid' s
Return to Green - ceremonies as before -
Parade will reform and go out to right and proceed to Cary Hall
for dismissal
Ray Flynn will arrange with Paul Mazarall to rope off area behind speakers
stand for V I P's, Selectmen etc,
Vice President of L. H S Senior Class John Fanbera and Rachel Power, Treasurer,
will do General Logan 's "Orders of the Day" and "Lincoln's Gettysburg
Address"
Marion Snow will make Cue Cards for Chief Marshall Lt. Kilmartin, Lexington
Police Department
