Bill Fitzgerald will arrange for a Fire engine to close the parade Bob Jackson has checked Hanscom about a speaker He has Minuteman Tech R 0 T C unit Paul Jenkins has contacted Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts and they will Participate Karen Gaughan reported on youth groups - Girl Scouts and Brownies , Campfire girls, Youth Soccer OK No answer from Pop Warner league Motion made, seconded and so voted to donate $150.00 to the V F W. John Vann - Minute Man Council will bring in plans for 1984 re- enactment of the retreat as soon as Plans are finalized by Minute Man Council Town Celebrations Committee will present 50 year plaque to Doug Maxner on Veterans Day at the ceremonies on the Green The Committee is reouested to be available on October 27 to have picture taken for Town Report Meeting was adjourned at 9 30 P M Frances P Mallett Recording Secretary
