Neil Cronin - R E. National Geographic Traveler Bill Fitzgerald corrected publicity to go into magazine about Patriots Day - 4/16/84. Suggested the re-enactment of retreat, 4/15/84, be included. Business Introduced our new T.C.C. member, Winston Flynn, who is filling the unexpired term of Dawn Dzionkonski expiring June 1985. Bill set up meeting for 12/8/83 with John Van, chairman of Mass. , Council of Minute Men, regarding re-enactment of Retreat 4/15/84 Minutemen council will use National Park as a camp site Re-enactment will start at 12 15 4/15/84 and proceed as before with a longer skirmish at Hastings Park. T. C. C. are requesting John Vann to bring more complete plans . T. C. C voted Patriots Day Early Parade will start at Pleasant Street and Massachusetts Avenue at 7:15 4/16/84 2nd Division will start from Munroe Cemetary. Review of Veterans Day Ray Flynn - Parade must be crowded up toward Harrington Road to bring young people up in front of monument A T.0 C. member be assigned as aide to Speaker of the Day Dick Crogan No cars on circle at Cary Hall - At monument ceremonies put band onto Green to have more space to bring young people forward. T. C. C would request Junior High School Band for 2nd Division. Business Cont Bill assigned to Committee members letters to be written to special guests and organizations Program for December and January - 12/15/83 1/19/84 1/26/84 Meeting was adjourned at 9 45 P.M.
