Guests' Adjudant Michael Coppe - Lexington Minute Man
Business Chrm Fitzgerald reviewed with Adj Coppe the timing for
re-enactment at 6 00 A M
A M Parade to start at 7 30 from Mass Ave. at Pleasant Street
Minute-Men, with D A R and 10th Regiment of Foot to lay wreaths
at Old Burying Ground directly following the ceremonies on the Green.
T C.0 has decided to start Parade with the Spirit of 1776 -
following by Minute-Men and then balance of parade.
Committee has requested Minute-Men, in full uniform act as flag-
raising detail
Bill also reported there would be cable T V photographing the
entire ceremonies
If the Minute-Men cannot supply a bugler we will request one
from High School Band
The Air Force Academy concert for May 17th is all set
John Van ' s plans are finalized for 4/15/84 - Sunday
We are requesting the Lexington Minute-Men to have the 10th Regiment
of Foot march in the early morning parade and also put on an ex-
hibition on the Green - also request the 1st Michigan Colonials
to march with them
All activities on the Green will be announced by P A The Minute-
Men schedules and wreath laying etc
There will be buses for Minute-Men -- Buses at Statue in A M. at
Kennedy in A M At noon at the Statue and Kennedy for the P M.
parade
Paul Revere will arrive at 1 00 P M
Bands already requesting to participate
The Timberlane Band - Plaistow, N H
Norwich University to send band - cannon and marching units
for P M parade
Meeting adjourned at 9 30.
