Town Celebration' s Committee

Guests: Chief Marshall Dick Crogan
Bill requested Dick to call his aides as selected, and firm up
their appointments. Also to contact Division Marshall and
be sure they will be available - Dick Stockinger, Joe Steinkrauss,
Paul Cunha and John Holt.
Business: The Rotary will have a 67 or 72 Mustang on a flat bed which should
be considered a float
The Elks will sponsor the Shriners again this year and are making
available to T C C their hall both before and after the parade for
our T C C. guests
Sponsor letters have been sent out by the Chamber of Commerce.
Paul Jenkins report - Eagle Scouts will report to Paul within a
week.
The Minute-Men have not finalized their requests however they are
set for A M Parade and report at a later date.
Jean Coates reported the British Consul David Burns, his wife and
two children will attend the Parade
Pat Flynn will meet with Youth Commission on March 8th.
Marion Snow reported Rabbi Richard I Meirowitz of Temple Emunah
will do both invocation and benediction.
The British 10th Regiment of Foote will be here for re-enactment.
They are planning with Minute Men to do an exhibition on the
common around 10 00 A M
Mike Miller, Nuclear Freeze, will have 35 people. T C .C. must
caution them on size of their signs
Needham, Billerica, Woburn Police will march in parade. Bob Jackson
will contact Newton.
Reading H S Band - 80 member band - 20 girls drum majorettes have
accepted.
Amateur radio will work with Committee on March 16th Maguire will
be here next week
