Business: Lexington High School Class Officers will be in March 22nd to
discuss A M. parade.
Radio Club to start assembling at staging area at 12 00 Noon We
will need radio set un to transport messages to other areas -
the Chief Marshall command post at 12 and the Elks at 12.15
Stations for the parade route - Mass Ave. at Marrett, Percy,
Muzzey Jr High on driveway closest to Center, Waltham St. , -
police will try to reserve spot - Reviewing Stand after 1 .00 P.M.
Worthen Road at Mass. Ave , at 12, at H.S. parking lot and then
to Worthen Rd at 1 :30.
For the Road Race - Unit at Monument at 10:00 A.M. . Mass. &
Marrett, Marrett and Waltham St. , Marrett & Spring St. ,
PC I
Lincoln and Worthen.
Shriners are all 0 K T.C .C. will furnish 5 buses The Elks
requested National Guard to fly their planes over our parade
at 2: 30 and 3. 00 P.M. This has not been O. K. 'd at this time.

Report. Bob Jackson - The Pease airport is not available.
Pat Flynn - M I T marching unit will be here.
Marion Snow will make reservations for Gen. Russell Todd,
President of Norwich University for Sunday night.
Chief Marshall Dick Crogan will contact his aides - Rooney,
Briggs, Leary, Wildes - also Division Marshall Stockinger,
Steinkrauss, Cunha, Holt.
Committee selected aides for Chief of Staff and the four
Division Marshalls.
All the Division Marshalls will be at meeting on March 22nd.
Officer John Day will head un the Honor Guard.

The Air Force Band will fly into Hanscom on May 15 They
will check out hall on May 16 They will use Ticket Offices
for dressing rooms and the Big Room will be used by Col McCord
Concert at 8 00 P M on May 17
Ray Flynn reported on the status of the Bands and Marching Units
to date - will follow up by phone this week
