Bill Fitzgerald suggested Fallen Church Parking Lot The T. C. C. voted to accept 4-H Horse Club in A.M. Parade. At the end of parade, horses will nroceed un Bedford Street and disperse 7 horses were submitted - 7 riders and 7 walkers. They have sufficient insurance. Each participant will be identified by 4-H Emblem on their sleeves A M. Parade, Chief Marshall Jeff Wolk 1st Division - Hannah Kilson 2nd Division - Steven Marshall Aides - Tom Papademetrio, Chris Berner, Mark Friedman, Aaron Pressman, Dan Nye, Susan Farris, Debbie Hoden, Kevin Splaine, Brian Roemer League of Women Voters 1930 Ford Sedan in which 50-year member Mitzi Fennel will ride with Driver Stephen Crines. Other members dressed in 1920 costumes will escort auto Dick Macguire, Amateur Radio Reported 7 units for P M parade as previously outlined; be in position by 11 00 A M. Will supply 5 mobile units for Road Race starting at 10 00 A M. John Vann - Minute Man Council Bill Fitzgerald will have a meeting with John Vann, Cant. Lima and Paul Mazerall at Hastings Park - Friday 4/6/84 at 10.00 A M There will be a Mass Council of Minute-Men encamnment at Minuteman Voc starting Friday P M. consisting of 12.5 Tents of British, 25/50 Tents of Colonials, This will be open to the public on $aturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon. There will be about 350 British troops T C C reviewed Roster - To be further revised Also reviewed Program of the Day Roster --basically the same as 1983. Meeting was adjourned at 10 00 P M.
