Present: Chrm Fitzgerald, Vice Chrm Flynn, Bob Jackson, Pat Flynn,
Karen Gaughan, Jean Coates, Paul Jenkins , Marion Snow, Fran Mallett
Guests . Chief Marshall Dick Crogan, Bill Wiles, Eagle Scouts - Dave Pollack,
Robert Cohen, Neil Cronin.
Business. First space on Waltham Street will be reserved for Amateur Radio.
W.B Z. will broadcast live from 6.00 A M to 7 .00 A.M. from the
Green
Cable T.V. will broadcast live from Munroe School and use portable
across the street.
Morning parade will use portable cameras
Bus Schedule. 1 bus at monument at 12 and at High School at 12:15 Banner bearers
will meet at High School to go to Staging Area Ancient and
Honorable will load at Hinh School
Shuttle buses will start at 12:45,
5 buses will arrive at Elks at 12 00 to shuttle Shriners
V I P. bus for Staoinq Area at 1 .00 P.M. and bus to grandstand at 1 30
1 bus leaving Kennedy at 1 00 P M for Minute Men and 1 bus at
monument for Minute Men and any others
Other Business. The Lodge of Elks have invited T C C. and its Quests to return to
Elks Hall for refreshments after parade.
Due to time element involved, the T C.C. voted not to read Mr Barnes
Poem at the ceremonies on the Green
Neil Cronin will be at Follen Church at 11 45 to judge floats and
award prizes. $75 00 first prize
$25 00 second prize
Honorable Mention - third prize
A M Parade Roster ok'd and P M Roster ok 'd with some changes.
Michael Coppi - adjutant Lexington Minute Men Lexington Minute Men
will march onto Green followed by 10th Regiment of Foot.
10th Regiment exhibition should last 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour
Amateur Radio is all ready They should all be in place by
11 00 A M as nlanned
