Business T C C received an invitation from Lexington Minutemen to their
Installation of Officers on the Green Sunday September 23rd at 2 00 P M
followed by Services at the Unitarian Church
Bill Fitzgerald announced the following gift to participants in the
Patriots Day Parade
$100 00 to Police Honor Guard
$100 00 to Fire Dept Honor Guard
$400 00 to Lexington High School Band
$200 00 to Junior High School Band in care of
Peter Marks
Bill Fitzgerald announced a ceremony on the Green on Friday,
October 12th by the "Blue Ghost" Association honoring the men that
were lost in the S S Lexington_A. in the wars The Lexington
Selectmen will be in attendance, an-d the Lexington High School
Bugler will sound taps and the Lexington Minute-Men will sound a
volley All are invited to participate
Veterans Day Pat Flynn will obtain Speaker from the Army
Town Celebrations Committee decided to request V F W to provide
us with Chief Marshall
