Present- Chairman Fitzgerald , Pat Flynn, Marlon Snow, Karen Gaughan,
Jean Coates,Fran Mallett
Patriots Day: Monday, April 15, 1985
Concord, Arlington Parades in A M
Lexington Parade 2:00 P.M.
Elks have requested that we hold 2nd Division for them.
This is only tentative and they will follow up at a later date.
Hilton N.Y Band has requested an invitation
November 11th - Veterans Day. -
V.F.W. will get back to T.0 C with their selection of Chief
Marshall .
Pat Flynn will be chairman of the day
Lexington High School band will supply bugler.
Minute-Man Vocational R 0 T C. will march.
Watertown Marine Corp. League will be available
Karen will contact Girl Scouts - Boy Scouts - Cubs.
Father M4gtt Sacred Heart Church, will give invocation and
benediction
Ray Flynn will be responsible for the Green - i .e. Public Works etc.
The meeting was adjourned at 9.45
